October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. ​ ​ In 2025, over 376,000 women in the U.S will hear the words you have breast cancer.1 But they’re not alone. There are more than 4 million survivors in the U.S today, each at a different stage of the journey.¹ Some are in active treatment. Some are healing. Others are finding strength in what comes next.¹ Survivorship is about every stage, from diagnosis to recovery, and everything in between.​ This October, I'm sharing facts, breast health tips and real stories from women who’ve lived through it.
